The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to the organization, and instead belong to Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Home. The following pages are affected by this: Guest stories. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these pages.

Physical Accessibility

As a historic home on the Historic Registry of the City of San Antonio, The Nickerson House is limited by the law as to alterations to the home. As such, those with physical disabilities requiring a wheelchair should be aware that the front entrance and back entrance to the home has no wheelchair accessible ramp. Doorways of the home are original in their sizing and as such cannot be altered to accommodate for a wheelchair. Wood floor saddles are not flush with the floor. The Nickerson House is committed to providing physical accessibility in accordance with applicable regulations. Our physical location and facilities are NOT designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities, including but not limited to accessible parking, entrances, and amenities.
